Leadership is a spiritual boot camp where leaders can receive basic training, be equipped, and remain combat-ready for life's spiritual battles. The main premise is that leadership should be a four-way win in which leaders may apply their leadership skills in four different areas: work, home, community, and self (body, mind, and spirit).

Achieving The Total Leadership

Total Leadership is a method for accomplishing the four-way Win-Win at Work, Win-Win at Home, Win-Win in Your Community, and Win-Win in Your Personal Life.

  • Be Real, that is, act with integrity by stating what is most essential.

  • Be Whole by acting with honesty and valuing the individual as a whole.

  • Be innovative, that is, act creatively by experimenting on a regular basis.

Six Leadership Practices1. Determine the Purpose of Life

The basic goal of leadership is to achieve a balance in all four life domains while also determining the purpose of each one. After the purpose has been determined, proper goals and expectations for the future should be developed, which should be backed up by strategies.

2. Distilling Vision

Organizational success requires a focused and compelling vision that pulls people together and encourages them to accomplish great achievements. When a clear direction or a change is required, a strong leader should be able to motivate people toward a higher vision.

3. Know the Doubts and Fears

Three questions should be asked by leaders: What is the source of the impediment? Why is it causing a stumbling block? And what can we do about it? The answers to all of these questions will reveal the sources of doubts and anxieties that are causing the process to veer off course.

4. Engage in Authentic and Courageous Dialogue

Leaders who maximize their contribution to brave yet real everyday discussions engage and align people around a common cause- shared vision, decrease ambiguity, and keep people focused.

5. Developing Intuition and be Opening to Inspiration

Opening up to inspirations, that can be either from oneself or others gives a chance of learning and growing.

6. Consider things from a systemic standpoint

A systemic perspective looks at an operation, entity, or business as a whole in relation to its surroundings. This implies that each component is interdependent on the social system as a whole.

The Leadership System is an organization's DNA, or genetic code. It is the Spiritual Bootcamp that sets the stage for all results, gives everything significance, and reveals our natural tendencies to do and be certain things. The business's performance is determined by the effectiveness of the Leadership Practices.
