British Columbia PNP Processing Time for Entrepreneurs

BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) has an estimated processing period of 4 months for Entrepreneur Immigration.

  1. If you're nominated, and if any of the subsequent apply, you'll have to submit a post-nomination request:
  2. If you've been promoted, changed employers, been terminated, laid off, placed on extended leave, or if your employer has closed or changed Ownership.
  3. If your working papers will expire within 180 days.
  4. If your family makeup has changed (i.e., A recent marriage, divorce, legal separation, childbirth, etc.).
  5. If your application for PR is returned as incomplete (under section 10 of the IRPR). Only in exceptional circumstances may a nominator receive further consideration by the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program.
