A fracture means breaking of bones, this problem can happen to any person. Broken bones can also be identified by a slight crack, but in many cases, they are completely shattered. A fracture occurs when we lift things that are excessively heavy, due to not being able to lift the heavyweight, the bones are stressed and they break. Apart from this, many times children fall during sports, due to which the hands feet or bones get hurt and the bone gets cracked.
Type of fracture
Fractures are divided into several types such as-
Transverse Fracture
In a transverse fracture, the bone that goes straight breaks due to pressure.
Torus fracture
In this type of fracture, the bone is twisted but does not break, this type of fracture is common in children, because children often fall during sports, due to which they get hurt or the bones are twisted.

.Fracture Dislocation

Avulsion Fracture
In this fracture, the muscles and ligaments get stretched, due to which the fracture occurs.
Commuted Fracture
Fracture causes
Fractures are usually caused by a serious fall or accident. In fact, the bones of a person are very hard and flexible, when these bones come under any powerful pressure, then fracture occurs. Apart from this, bones become weak with age, due to which the risk of fracture is highest. Also, it is common to have problems like fractures in children because children are physically very active, due to which many times they get hurt.
Apart from this, due to excessive stress in the bones, this condition also comes, especially in the bones of the players, there is more stress.
Fracture treatment
- A plaster cast or plastic action is common in fractures, in which case the plaster holds the bone in place until it heals.
- When someone's bones are no longer able to function after a fracture and the bones are completely shattered, then metal plates are installed in that situation, so that the bones can be rejoined.
- When a long bone is broken, a plate is placed under the center of the long bone, for this type of treatment, flexible wires can be used in children.
In fractures, the bone is left in place for 2 to 8 weeks after the plaster, depending on which part of the bone is affected in the body. Like the bones of the hands and feet of children get attached quickly.
