There are various oxygen factories in India, but nobody comes close to The Bhartiya Group in terms of quality and standard. Producing industrial gas is the specialty of The Bhartiya Group and they have world-class cryogenic oxygen plants in New Delhi.

Oxygen is present in abundance in nature but in order to harness that oxygen, it needs to be separated from the other gases. Oxygen Generation Plants use the technology of Pressure Swing Absorption (PSA), in order to obtain oxygen present in nature. It is a physical process and is achieved at PSA oxygen plants with the help of PSA oxygen generators. A similar process is used to separate nitrogen as well at PSA nitrogen plants.

These plants separating oxygen and nitrogen from air are also referred to as Air Separation Plants. After going through the process of separation in these plants the oxygen and nitrogen thus obtained is of utmost purity and is liquid in nature. The Bhartiya Group has one of the best Liquid Oxygen Plant in India.

When air is compressed at low pressures before starting the separation procedure, then these plants are called Low Pressure Oxygen and Nitrogen Plants. In such cases, liquid gases are obtained as a final product and the plants are many times also referred as Low Pressure Liquid Oxygen and Nitrogen Plants.

Apart from oxygen, there are various other highly important gases in nature.

Acetylene is one of them. It is a highly inflammable gas, but at the same time is extremely useful as well. Paired with oxygen, it is used for wielding, brazing and cutting steel. Acetylene is manufactured in plants with the aid of acetylene generators. But acetylene plants need to follow high safety standards, since the gas is extremely dangerous.

Nitrous Oxide or laughing gas is another valuable gas. It is mainly used for anesthetic purposes. It is produced in Nitrous Oxide Plants by heating Ammonium Nitrate to temperatures around 250 Degree Celsius.

The production of industrial and medical gases is a highly lucrative but skilled operation. Oxygen Factories in India need to follow various safety and quality guidelines in order to achieve success. The Bhartiya Group stands as a model example for manufacturing industrial and medical gas in India.
