Power supplies for 15-150W in particularly flat housings

The power supplies of the new LMxx-23Bxx series with their first-class electrical, climatic and mechanical parameters are an ideal choice for demanding applications in many areas of application.

The new AC / DC power supplies of the LMxx-23Bxx series can be used very universally in the industrial, laboratory and consumer sectors. Typical applications are e.g. Measuring and control devices, automation equipment, distributed networks, security technology, smart home, IoT and household appliances.

The power supplies of the LM series have a highly compact metal housing and can be operated with either AC or DC voltage. New devices with particularly wide input voltage ranges of 85-305 VAC or 100 / 120-430 VDC were recently introduced under the name LMxx-23Bxx. The addition to the program includes a total of seven series with output powers of 15W, 25W, 35W, 50W, 75W, 100W and 150W, each of which has up to seven product versions with an output voltage of 3.3V, 5V, 12V, 15V, 25V, 36V or 48V.

The isolation between input and output is designed for voltages up to 4 kVAC and the EM interference emission fulfills the requirements of class B of EN 55032 even without additional external components high efficiency of the new power supplies. The output is protected against short circuit, over current and overvoltage; a range of -30 ° C to + 70 ° C is permitted for the temperature at the place of use. A protective coating of the housing (article number with suffix "Q") and a protective cover for the connections (article number with suffix "C") are available as optional equipment.

Power supplies for 100-320W with active PFC and wide range input

The power supplies of the new LMFxx-23Bxx series are ideal solutions for demanding applications.

As they are equipped with high peak input voltages, the LMFxx-23Bxx power supplies have wide input voltage ranges of 85-305 VAC or 120-430 VDC. This makes them suitable for connection to networks with nominal voltages of 115V, 230V and 277V and remains operationally reliable even in the event of significant transient or long-term over voltages. The new series deliver output powers of up to 100W, 150W, 200W and 320W and nominal output voltages of 5V, 12V, 15V, 24V or 48V, which can be trimmed with a potentiometer. An active power factor correction (PFC) ensures, among other things, ensure that the harmonic currents always remain well below the relevant limit values??for electromagnetic interference emissions according to EN 61000-3-2.

The isolation between input and output is designed for voltages up to 4.0 kVAC. Functions for protection against short circuit, over current, overvoltage and over temperature and an MTBF over 250,000 h ensure safe and reliable operation. A protective coating of the housing (article number with suffix "Q") or a protective cover for the connections (article number with suffix "C") are available as optional equipment.

Application Areas

The new AC / DC power supplies of the LMxx-23Bxx + LMF100 / 150/200 / 320-23Bxx series can be used very universally in the industrial, laboratory and consumer sectors. Typical applications are e.g. Measuring and control devices, automation equipment, distributed networks, security technology, smart home, IoT and household appliances.
