Buying a home is a complicated process with numerous steps involved. You have to spend rigorous hours hunting for your dream home. One who can help you make the process hassle-free is your Real Estate Service Provider in Jaipur. Most of them have years of industry presence and know that the process is highly documented as it requires detailed paperwork. If you are buying a home for the first time, you might not even know the various documents required, leading to unexpected delays. If you want to sail through the documentation process smoothly, make sure you have the list of documents stated below.
Buying A Home In Jaipur? Few Vital Documents You Need
- Sale Deed
The sale deed is one of the most important pieces of documents you will need when buying your dream home. The title ownership is established and presented in its original form through the sale deed. You have to register it at the Sub-Registrar's Office located in that area.
- Registration
It is mandatory to register every property in the local municipal records. If you are planning to apply for a home loan, the registration certificate is mandatory.
- NOC
The property owner or builder issues the No-Objection Certificate. The homebuyer has to attach a copy of the NOC with the other documents when buying their dream home. The objective is to avoid any unwanted differences later.
- Allotment Letter
The original owner issues the Allotment letter, which includes the property plan in detail and the buyer's exact amount paying for the home. The allotment letter and the Sale Agreement are different as the latter is issued on stamp paper. Homeowners have to attach a copy of the allotment letter with other documents when claiming a home loan.
- Occupancy Certificate
If you want to ensure that the local authorities approve the home you are buying, ask for an occupancy certificate. It is proof that the construction work was carried out according to the prevailing laws and you don't have to face any legal issues in the future.
- Completion Certificate
The completion certificate and occupancy certificate are similar. It is an assurance that the building was constructed by the builder following all the limitations of the approved plan.
Since you are now aware of all the vital documents you need when buying your dream home, it's time you get in touch with a real estate service provider in Jaipur.
