1. Eat healthy
The main and first thing you may need to do to improve fitness is eat health, clean and pure diets and foods. Always prefer natural foods instead of artificial, processed or canned foods. Eat vegetable and fruits more and prefer to eat steam meat instead of fried animal products.
Reduce your sugar and salt intake along with the foods. Prefer to not add extra of salt and sugar value to the foods but take natural such ingredients which are already present in abundant in natural foods.
Take protein from lentils, dairy products and consume them without further adding artificial ingredients. Always eat foods in natural shape as it works best for your health and wellness purposes and goals.
With natural foods you will get only essential ingredients and your fitness will improve and boost automatically.
2. Do physical activities daily
Second thing that you need to do is daily engagement to physical activities. Run, walk and lift weight or do which ever activity suit you well. Almost all types of physical activities provide value to your fitness and health. Just take it in mind that never try to cross your ability and physical level of the body. Otherwise you may fall to a severe injury that may cost you badly for long time.

3. Bath dailyThird thing you need is daily bath. Yes when you will do physical activities or exercise daily then you will shed a lot of impurities from the body, which needed to be washed away through bath.
Regular bath will remove germs and dirt material from your body and will keep you refresh and ready for more engagement to your work. Daily bath will make you more active and fast and your routinely works capability and engagement will improve a lot.
4. Move more
Physical activities provides you a hefty of value for your fitness. But it does not mean that 1 hour of physical activity is enough and the rest of the day you don't need to move. It is wrong concept that just a specific exercise is enough but your high body movement on daily basis help you more then a specific type of physical activity or exercise.

Always spend your night at the bed and avoid night time work. Take at lest 7 hours sleep per night and it will make your body more fitness proof and suitable for daily life works. When you will sleep better at the night then your body rest needs will be fulfilled and at the day time you will be able to do your routinely work more efficiently and may achieve high success rate.
