Life is empty without food. We need food every day as we need oxygen for living. If there is a lack of oxygen level then it kills us in seconds then in the same way, a lack of food in the body can kill us. Both food and oxygen are necessary if an individual wants to breathe and live. The meal that we consume is there to fulfil the nutritious needs of the body. There is a variety of meals that we intake. Individuals have their own choices when it comes to cuisine. Some individuals are vegetarian or some are non-vegetarian means some like to eat only plant-based food for a living and some eat both plant and animal-based food for their survival. The food must be full of nutrition and enrich with all the requirements that our body needs to function well.

Every living cell in the human body is dependent on protein, vitamins, calories, fats and nutrients that are present in the meal we consume. Also, the importance of meals is not only restricted to sustaining life. It is the basic feature of cuisine and other things would not matter without serving its primary function. There are different sources of cuisine. The main sources include animals and plants. The tea, vegetables, meat, chocolate, oil, coffee, herbs, fish, herbs, wheat, fruits, dairy are obtained from these main sources. Not all meal items are produced from animals and plants like mushrooms, we get them from edible fungi.

Traditional Representation Through Food

Food is one of the primary attractions of a tradition. Various cultures across the world have a variety of Cuisine items that are present only in their tradition. It is said that when you wish to familiarize yourself with anyone with their tradition or customs, the most effective and easiest method is through cuisine. Various cuisine dishes represent different customs, traditions, evolution, history and ethnicity. Many cuisine items that have become part of different cultures are produced by emergencies, climate, necessity and wars. Individuals have made these cuisine dishes as a part of their tradition to appreciate, celebrate and remember their ancestors, history, culture forever.

Health

If cuisine is not at all handled properly while transportation, cooking or storage, it can be harmful and can result in different diseases like bacterial infections, diarrhoea, upsets, headaches, stomach bugs, death, upsets, nausea, worms or even sickness

Food and psychological health The importance of cuisine is not only restricted to physical health but also is vital for psychological health or mental health. First, individuals who don’t have access to sufficient food for their survival are keen on getting their hands on cuisine. In this process, they cannot concentrate on developing a healthy personality. Many scientists have attached poverty and hunger to increasing crime rates. The wish to survive overrides the sense of morality. In other scenarios, individuals attempt suicide as they don’t suffer due to poverty or hunger. This is the reason why, the nations that don’t have to worry about their daily survival, can concentrate on other corners of life. Many foodstuffs with various nutritious values are attached to sadness, mood or even anger.

There are several reasons why life is a cuisine, what is the importance of cooking food and you must learn the art of cooking. You must check if the food is well-cooked or not. Even, it is vital to cook the outside part of the food before eating as to avoid food poising. While handling and cooking food, you must make sure that your hands are cleaned and neat to make sure that you don’t contaminate the food. Without food, life is nothing. Food is life. You must love your food and respect it. When you cook food, do it with love!
