A new leaders’ group begins the four-month process in Level 1 Training every six weeks at ALA. The students can discover the truest source of any communication blocks or limiting beliefs that prevent them from having it all through a series of inspiring lectures, games, and experimental exercises.

Besides, this is a powerful restart button for every personal development veteran for their continuing journey. Every participant has an equal opportunity to achieve great value from their life-boosting experience.

In Level 2 training, they can put it all into practice with their new set of tools as they expand and redesign their vision for their relationships, purpose, and life. The students learn how to transform the long-lasting patterns from their past life to break through any anxiety of commitment, intimacy, failure, success, responsibility, creativity, change, and self-expression.

The Level 3 of ALA is continued for three months, where the students develop the sustainable transformation and leadership lifestyle. Besides, they have the opportunity to give back to society and impact the whole world in a positively profound way.
