To become a good leader one has to communicate the vision clearly and make efforts to motivate their team to achieve the same. This is possible by having open discussion, sharing ideas and solving conflicts among them. Once this is done it surely will help in implementing the strategy correctly with the notion of achieving more and big for the company.

Motivate yourself- It is very important to motivate someone to try hard and work beyond their capabilities.In order to achieve this a leader first has to motivate and inspire himself. A leader should bring an element of risk in his work which will make it more challenging for the team.To become inspiring leader one has to try new ideas and challenges which will help them learn more and increase their knowledge.

Team Building.- To become a great leader one should possess team building skills. And even if you are not in a leadership role yet, better understanding of team work can make you a more effective leader and give you an extra edge in your organization.Building a team is possible when your team can accomplish something much bigger and work more effectively than a group of the same individuals working on their own. You have a strong synergy of individual contributions. But there are two critical factors in building a high performance team.The first factor in team effectiveness is the diversity of skills and personalities. When people use their strengths in full, but can compensate for each other's weaknesses. The other critical element of team work success is that all the team efforts are directed towards the same clear goals, the team goals. This relies heavily on good communication in the team and the harmony in member relationships.

Thus it can be said that it is not necessary that you are born leader.By improving your leadership development skills and inspiring yourself one can become a great leader and possess all leadership qualities to inspire his employees.
