Also companies typically list their senior-level employees on their websites and you may be able to locate their email addresses by looking up their business social media profiles.
Write a to-the-point subject - subject is the first thing they are going to read before opening the email. Make sure the subject captures what you’re talking about in the mail ahead and is captivating.
Start small - Jobs in India are hard to find. The person you are mailing should not feel like you are asking for a job right away. For starters, tell them about yourself, how you found them and then ask about job opportunities.
Personalisation - you do not copy paste the same cold email to all the companies. Different companies have different requirements and job descriptions. You should personalise your message and add a personal touch depending on the person you’re sending the mail to.
Follow ups - At last, if you don’t hear back within a week or two, write a follow up email. Maybe the person forgot to write a response or they did not read your first mail. This gives them a chance to respond.
