position to setting running speed & amp; timing by Slow-Start function. Displaying the amount of unfinished screw counts,

user can add external sensor switch to stop operation error. External forward and reverse operation perform in semi

automatic and full automatic machine, so for this KILEWS smart controller have I/o’s for external forward rotation and

reverse rotation of electric screwdriver thorough PLC or any electric switch.

I/O signal in smart controller which use for external forward and reverse of screwdriver –

? External Start input function.

When short Start input point and COM point (CLOSE circle), able to start the screwdriver in forward direction.

When open circle with COM screwdriver stop.

? External Reverse function.

Shorten with COM (Close circle) and when enable start signal, screwdriver will start with Reverse rotation. If the

Driver switches F/R switch on forward, then reverse input point and COM short screwdriver is still work in

reverse rotation after start.

In KILEWS Electric screwdriver integration with assembling line can be done with the help of I/O port, now if all

tightening is done OK, tool provide ok all signal to line. If tightening is not proper or any NG is found like double

tightening, cross threat etc. screwdriver provides NG signal and line will be stop.
