DIGITAL MARKETING

INTRODUCTION:

Digital Marketing is the term used for targeted, measurable, and interactive marketing products or services using digital technologies to reach the viewers, turn them into customers and retain them. Digital marketing achieves targeting of marketing a business through different online channels.

WHAT IS DIGITAL MARKETING?

Digital Marketing is also called online marketing. It is the promotion of brands to connect with potential customers using the internet and other forms of digital communications.

TYPES OF DIGITAL MARKETING:

There are two types of digital marketing i.e. online marketing and offline marketing.

ONLINE MARKETING: Online marketing Is a set of tools and methodologies used for promoting products and services through the internet.

  1. SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION:

Search engine optimization is the art and science of getting pages to rank higher in search engines such as Google. SEO works in three modules such as crawling, indexing, and delivering. There are three types is SEO i.e.

. SEO ON PAGE;

It is used by search engines to determine the ranking of our website. The ranking of our website depends on which keyword is used for our website. we can check which keyword is best for our website by using a tool called keyword planner. Keyword planner tells how many members are using the same keyword for searching in goggle.

ii. SEO OFF PAGE:

It is used to give a

link building for our website.it means to give a link outside of our website. The major factors of SEO off-page are link building, social media blogging, etc.

iii. LOCAL SEO:

it helps our business be more visible in local search results on google. Any business that has a physical location can benefit from local SEO.

  1. CONTENT MARKETING:

It is a marketing strategy used to attract, engage, and retain an audience by creating and sharing relevant articles, videos, and other media. This approach establishes promote brand awareness and keep ur business top of mind when its time to buy. It is important for marketing because it focuses on owning media rather than borrowing it. It enhances social media strategy.

Email Marketing is the act of sending a message to a group of people by using mail. Email marketing involves using email to send advertisements, request business, and donations.

  3. Offline photos and videos.
  4. Giving prizes
  5. Industry magazines and papers.

Even a small start up company needs digital marketing employees. Based on the position of employee salaries are increasing. The basic salary for a fresher in the digital marketing industry is 2.5 LPA.
