A self-actualized leader is a good leader. Self-actualization is the ultimate level of human development; a fully functional human being is self-actualized.

Mr. R. Chandrasekar, B.E., is a well-known business magnate in Coimbatore, as well as the best philanthropist in Coimbatore, who has generously offered his time, money, and expertise to those in need. He recently transferred the majority of his money to everyone in order for resources to be given to the right place at the right time. He established the Alayam Welfare Trust to assist our society's most disadvantaged citizens by providing them with the services they require to live a healthy life.

Both the Indian Paralympic Committee and the International Paralympic Association are members of the Tamil Nadu Paralympic Sports Association. The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports of the Government of India has also recognised it as a national sports body.

A good politician in Tamil Nadu has been able to rise above and above any egoistic and primitive desire for power, attention, or the establishment of personal agendas, and instead work for the greater good.

Isn't interested in concealing the truth for the sake of appearances. A good leader tells it like it is, even if it makes some people uncomfortable. He's not a people-pleaser in the sense that he'll say anything to please others, even if it involves manipulating or misleading the public. There has never been a greater need for responsive and responsible leaders in a world marked by enormous political, social, and technical transformations.
