Certificate of Origin Apostille Service

Arab embassies or consulates in the USA must legalize a series of commercial invoices and a certificate of origin for each export shipment to the Arab countries.

Customers must certify their CO and CI from the local Chamber of Commerce before using our expedited services.

You have to know that apostille stamps are not accepted in Arab countries. So, documents must be legalized by the embassies or consulates in the US.

The us arab chamber of commerce is a registered agent of Enjaz which has been authorized to process payments on behalf of embassy customers through the Enjaz electronic portal.

Follow document legalization requirements to avoid rejection or delay. You can prepare an envelope and attach the following items:

  • Documents intended for use in the destination country that meet all requirements.
  • Service request form with your basic contact information and destination country.
  • Check or money order with the total amount of all Services requested Payable to the US Arab Chamber of Commerce.
  • A prepaid return envelope with the tracking number FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS.
  • Send the package to our address.

The United States Arab Chamber of Commerce (USACC) is a nationally recognized chamber in Dupont Circle, Washington DC, with the goal of serving U.S. companies that export products or provide services to the Middle East. Membership is not required to use USACC services. USACC offers the following expedited services: placing the chamber seal in accordance with the requirements of the Arab countries (same-day service). Authentication of business documents by the U.S. US and all Arab embassies Message certificate for delivery notes (certificate of origin and invoice). (Online C/O and C/I (PDF format) are accepted for processing in most messages.)

All other types of documents must be certified by the U.S. State or apostilled by the state. Documents must be submitted to our USACC Office of Legalization in Maryland.
