1. Mixing Process

First of all, by adding sludge lime and gypsum in the pan mixer with some water, the mixture gets mixed well.

After this, sand and fly ash are added to this mixture with the required amounts of water and mixed for about 10 minutes. With this our basic raw material manufacturing process comes to an end.
