US Apostille helps American companies build comprehensive business relationships by offering the international apostille and legalization of embassies for all types of US documents. As we believe in sharing, we present individual guidance on how you can obtain the Secretary of State's apostille in all 50 states. You won't find a personal guide to the government apostille that is as accurate and complete as ours.

In addition, we offer a completely free review of your document. We know how complicated and time-consuming document authentication can be for non-authentication specialists. Our experts will review your documents and advise you if you miss any of the required procedures. From notarized certification of your document by the government notary to certification by the U.S. Department of Commerce, and if you intend to use your document in a non-participating foreign country, we will ensure that it meets all embassy requirements.

We guide you step by step through all the necessary processes until you certify your document and are eligible for international use. Please contact our customer service if you need additional assistance. Our office will always be happy to welcome you when you need a personal guide. If you want us to complete the entire process for you, the US apostille will help you authenticate and do everything for you as quickly as possible.

usapostille.com provides authentication, certification, legalization, apostille, and legalization services for all types of federal, corporate, commercial and personal documents issued in the United States and intended for international use. We offer an accelerated document apostille service to countries participating in the Hague Apostille Convention and the legalization of the embassy for the rest of the world.

The Hague Convention that eliminates the requirement to legalize foreign public documents, the Apostille Convention or the Apostille Treaty is an international treaty drafted by the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH). It specifies the modalities by which an official seal (such as a notary) on a document issued in one of the contracting states can be certified for legal purposes in all other contracting states. A certificate in accordance with the provisions of the Convention is called an apostille (from Latin post illa and then from French: a side note) or apostille from The Hague. [2] It is an international authentication that is comparable to a notarized certification in domestic law, and generally complements a local notarial certification of the document. If the agreement is between two countries, such an apostille is sufficient to certify the validity of a document and eliminates the need for double certification by the country of origin and then the receiving country.
