Every day, children spend seven to eight hours in school studying and socialising with their peers. Naturally, children learn and replicate their surroundings' habits, especially in elementary school, so the effects of friends and teachers have the capacity to shape your children's views and values. As a result, as parents, we must decide whether to send our children to an Islamic school or a public school. It is our obligation to make the best decision possible by asking pertinent questions, conducting thorough research, and assessing the advantages and disadvantages of each institution.

Without a question, each form of school offers advantages over the others. If you truly want to develop your children according to Islamic principles, an Islamic school may be the best option for them, as the entire environment is centred on Islamic ideals. Ten reasons why you should send your children to an Islamic school are listed below.

  • Existence Of An Islamic Context
Our surroundings have a big impact on our views, values, and ethics, especially for kids who are still figuring out who they are and what they want to achieve. The key to instilling excellent manners and Islamic basics in your children is exposing and raising them in a well-conducted environment, which is lacking in most other institutions. Because the overall environment of an Islamic school is based on Islamic fundamental values, it is well-controlled in terms of sexuality, drugs, alcohol, and violence, all of which are important concerns for non-Muslim parents. Preventing your children from being exposed to those risky situations in the first place can go a long way toward raising them right. Islamic Boarding schools provide a perfect atmosphere for learning about good behaviour, identity, and security.
  • The Ability To Perform Islamic Ceremonies Is Unrestricted.

You've almost certainly heard of a girl having her hijab torn off in a public school. Children teased her and mocked her for being a Muslim and for being different. Unfortunately, it is a topic that is discussed in most schools, and it stems from the Western media's portrayal of Muslims as uncivilised, reckless individuals. Every day in public schools, Muslim children are subjected to verbal and physical abuse. Such infractions will have a harmful impact on our children, maybe leading to psychological and emotional difficulties as a result of their inability to fit in. We do not want our children to be subjected to such severe treatment. We want them to be able to practise what they believe in the most comfortable way possible. As a result, sending them to Islamic schools where they can pray, wear the headscarf, and read the Qur'an comfortably is a good idea.

  • Reading The Holy Qur'an Is A Skill That May Be Learned.

Thankfully, Islamic institutions place a strong emphasis on teaching the Holy Qur'an. Something they can take care of on your behalf. As parents, it is our responsibility to teach our children about the Holy Qur'an. Our children should learn to read and comprehend the Qur'an, as it is the earliest and most essential source of instruction for Muslims. You can be confident that your children will grow up to be ethical and good people if they learnt and built their foundations on the Qur'an.

Conclusion

Students can learn Sadaqa Jariya and Islamic laws from the school. Which in turn is beneficial for Muslim students.
