Mental math can be simply defined as a process when anyone performs a calculation mentally without taking the help of any instrument like a calculator or an Abacus or any other physical object.

Every one of us onetime or the other do several calculations every day mentally. This is a natural instinct and nothing very great for Adults. But it is not the same for the kids.
