TIME release an entire magazine issue as an NFT featuring VItalik Buterin

TIME, A well-known media brand read by millions of people everyday is planned to release the first ever decentralized magazine issue available as an NFT on the blockchain on March 23, 2022. The Prince of CRypto Has Concern: Vitalik Buterin’s Battle for Ethereum’s Future is the cover story for the NFT edition.

Noted first ever NFt issue of TIME magazine

Magazine has collaborated with LITDAO to publish the issue, previous year LIT conceived and created the first ever decentralized book, WEb3 cultural currency and NFT project.

A well-known personality, Etherum’s Co-founder Vitalik Bterin is printed on the cover of the NFT magazine. The magazine is hosted by a decentralized protocol and allows readers to access it through an interactive NFT. The complete content of publications will be entirely stored on the blockchain.

The first issue discussed in the magazine will be TIMEPiece and genesis LIT community wallet holders, under the Circle’s assistance. TIME magazine has given a considerable press coverage for NFTs; it has been accepting bITcoin payments issue from last year and releasing NFT drops.

The previous year the well known publications released their NFT pieces, are iconic covers from the publications archive, starting at a min price of 10ETher the three covers were auctioned on SuperRare. And they sold for a total of 241ETHER. The magazine is now looking for non-fungible tokens and crypto as the 98-year-old magazine transitions over the digital space.

In consideration of the March NFT issue, Keith A Grossman, the president of time, said that: "As time continues to hit the boundaries as the Web3 ecosystem producing the first ever full magazine on the blockchain seemed like a natural extension for the brand and would be cherished by the community."

Reports say that the entity is named after the Magazine’s first ever vice president of Web3 operations, Will Ban. Ban helps to develop Web3 vision to support the content producers, fans, and collectors,he will also work towards the growth of television programs on IP fromWeb3 community.
