He is also a very trustworthy and obedient officer of the company. Simply put, this person is the External Affairs Monitor of the company. Under the Companies Act, Security Act and Exim Policy, only the Company Secretary has the authority to issue certificates.

According to the new provisions, apart from large companies, small/medium enterprises and proprietary firms have also been required to consult the company secretary. To begin with, you have to write the CSEET exams after your PUC/HSC/12th.

This entrance exam is conducted four times a year, usually in May, July, November and January

The exam is of 135 minutes, of which 120 minutes will be for Multiple Choice Question Patterns, the remaining 15 minutes will be for Audio-Video Clip and Descriptive Patterns. The exam does not have a negative marking. To clear this entrance exam, one needs to score 50 per cent marks overall..
