Because of the fast advancement of technology, the World Wide Web has grown to become the world's biggest encyclopaedic database.Although individuals may easily access information on the surface web via the use of apps such as browsers, retrieving information from the deep web is more difficult to do. When using deep web, a user must submit a query to the server in order for the server to get information from its database in order to build the result website. As a result, techniques other than standard Web browsing are required to accomplish data extraction in the deep web. The majority of available deep web data extraction technologies are focused on the study of DOM tree structures. It is suggested in this research that, in order to make full use of the visual information contained in a website, a data area finding approach based on convolutional neural network and a visual information based segmentation algorithm be used in conjunction. Our data extraction methods are applied to real-world business websites in order to test the effectiveness of the given strategy.Tests on the data region location model, data extraction, and data item alignment demonstrate that our proposed technique may significantly increase the accuracy of data region location and the efficiency of data extraction while maintaining or improving data item alignment.People may access a wealth of information on the internet thanks to the Web.Ordinary programmes, on the other hand, can only access the data stored on the surface web. The deep web contains information that cannot be accessed immediately by hyperlinks. However, the vast majority of important online data is stored in the deep web. As a result, both business and academia need high-quality datasets in order to extract usable information from the rising demand for large-scale data integration, data analysis, data mining, and data-based machine learning techniques. Many different strategies have been developed by academics in order to retrieve data from the deep web. Deep web information extraction techniques and tools are now available in a variety of configurations. DOM tree syntax structures are used to assess corresponding rules for data extraction and Web Scraping Services, and the majority of them are based on DOM tree syntax structures. These techniques must traverse a big number of DOM nodes, which suggests that a significant amount of computational effort is required, and it is possible that it may take a long time to get the information required. Furthermore, these types of data extraction technologies are all plagued by the same problem: the user must set separate DOM rules for each web page that is being extracted. The whole process of data extraction is normally carried out in accordance with the following procedure: first, one must locate the data area by surfing the web page, and then one must locate the matching DOM components. In order to ease these issues and enable computers to do data extraction tasks automatically, more information must be included into the data extraction models themselves.According to the research, there are numerous deep web data extraction techniques that make use of the visual information on a website to increase the effectiveness of the data extraction process. However, none of them has offered a method for properly and automatically locating the data area on a website by treating it as if it were an image. A region locating approach based on convolutional neural networks was presented in this paper (CNN). In addition, we presented a page segmentation approach, called visual information based segmentation (VIBS), in order to increase the efficiency of the data extraction process. The trials demonstrate that the framework paired with those approaches is capable of precisely locating the data area and extracting the data with high efficiency. Deep web data has the properties of high quality and great quantity, which makes it very valuable. While previous data extraction technology was often associated with poor efficiency and high time complexity, it was also impossible to ensure the correctness of the data extraction when employing these methodologies. With the help of the CNN model, we suggested a deep web data extraction approach to extract data regions from the deep web in this study. Our technique viewed a website as if it were a picture, and it took use of the CNN model's ability to recognise targets in order to find the data area as quickly as possible. In addition, using the location information provided by our model, we developed the Vision Information Based Segment (VIBS) algorithm. When compared to existing vision-based segmentation techniques, our algorithm is more efficient at locating the data area and extracting the data. This framework was created by combining these two methodologies and doing tests on real-world web sites to collect data. The findings demonstrate that our technique has a high degree of accuracy in terms of data extraction and alignment. The future will see us working on how to further increase the accuracy of data area localization and how to develop a more universal network model to cope with the many deep websites that will be developed in the future.
