Like it is rightly said, Hold onto the old as long as it is good and grab the new when it is just better than the old good; may be this is how the evolution of the workplace took place. Twenty years back the word technology was a blur, and people were not sure about the future that they are looking forward to. With the rapid increase in technology today, every task seems to have changed the way in which it used to be done. Tasks done back then were also completed and the manner in which they were done was also correct according to the age that they were living in. But then they had put time and hard work into doing or getting the task done.

No doubt that hard work is must today, but the technological advancements have changed the way the hard work must be applied, giving better outcomes in a short period of time. If we consider only the computer to be introduced, this one technological advancement has itself made a drastic change in the workplace and upped the margin of smart-quick-accurate work. A computer is a robot that runs different programs and applications in order to get things done quickly and easily.
