The proposed development of Kisan Kota Plots in Yamuna Expressway in Sector-22D includes two 33-kV substations. Moreover, Jaypee Group (JPSI) is developing residential and commercial areas in Sectors 19 and 22 and a sports complex in Sectors 25 and 26.

Currently, the government is engaged in acquiring land directly from farmers to develop adequate infrastructure. In addition, it has started a land pooling program. According to the new regulations, the government will return farmer land after it is developed for industrial, commercial, and residential purposes or to be sold.

Several private developers have entered the market, offering a modern lifestyle in a variety of integrated townships with high-rise apartments, luxurious villas, and commercial buildings.
