SDCR-100 Super Duty Crash RailSDCR-100 super duty crash rails protect walls from heavy impact caused by moving carts, equipment, and pedestrian traffic. Super duty crash rails feature a heavy duty polyurea coating that protects against impact, abrasion, corrosion, and harsh chemicals. The SDCR-100 series crash rail consists of 1/4-inch thick aluminum rail with super duty polyurea coating that fastens to the wall with anodized aluminum I-beam mounting brackets. The 1/4-inch rail is formed with 3-inch radius corner bends and returns, which allows for a continuous installation. SDCR-100 crash rails are pre-cut, pre-formed, and pre-drilled at the factory per field verified dimensions, which means no field modification is required prior to installation. The super duty coating is available in a full range of RAL colors. Choose from several standard options below or inquire about custom options that meet your specific project requirements.

SDCR-4SS super duty crash rails protect walls from heavy impact caused by moving carts, equipment, and pedestrian traffic. Super duty crash rails feature a heavy duty polyurea coating that protects against impact, abrasion, corrosion, and harsh chemicals. The SDCR-4SS series crash rail consists of aluminum rails with a flat face profile and super duty polyurea coating that fastens to the wall with a continuous wood retainer. The end points of each crash rail segment are capped with super duty end plates that fasten to the continuous retainer.
