We can't just ask the producer of the hot oil pump to have good quality assurance of the oil pump, but also do it in place and maintain the pump. Today high-pressure magnetic drive pump suppliers explain the knowledge to you many things.

When the magnetic pump is deficient, the friction coefficient of the rolling bearing is low & the heat generated is relatively small, the magnetic pump can idle and will not burn out the bearing and rotor.

The disadvantages of this structure are;

  • It cannot withstand a large torque

  • Cannot transfer higher density materials normally

  • Ceramic bearing balls are fragile

The working principle and scope of use

High-temperature magnetic drive pump is a new product designed and studied by applying the working principle of magnetic coupling to a centrifugal pump, which has many characteristics such as corrosion resistance, no leakage, full closure, and so on. Its performance has reached the advanced level of similar foreign products. Its materials are mainly stainless steel, reinforced polypropylene, and engineering plastics.

The high-temperature magnetic drive pump is divided into stainless steel high-temperature magnetic drive pump, polypropylene high-temperature magnetic drive pump, and plastic high-temperature magnetic drive pump three types.

This safety valve is composed of several parts such as magnetic transmission, motor, and connection base plate. While the machine is in operation, the motor drives the magnetic rotor to rotate, while the magnetic field drives the internal magnetic rotor connected to the active gear to rotate. It realizes non-contact operation so that the pump has reached full closure and no leakage & solves the four major problems of running, running, dripping, and leaking.

High-temperature magnetic drive pumps are widely used and play an important role in many fields. Such as chemical industry, metal plating, component cleaning, circuit boards, optical processing, pharmaceuticals, food processing, wet scrubbers, semiconductor industry, and many other fields.

High-temperature magnetic pump manufacturers share with you the high-temperature magnetic pump operation precautions:

Installation standards and precautions for high-temperature magnetic pumps:

High-temperature magnetic pumps are also known as magnetic drive pumps. The working principle of the magnetic pump is that when the motor drives the external magnetic rotor to rotate. The magnetic field passes through the blocking sleeve & drives the internal magnetic rotor connected to the impeller to rotate synchronously to complete the non-contact synchronous transmission of the shaft power. Change the dynamic sealing structure of simple leakage to a static sealing structure with zero leakage.

Magnetic transmission can be divided into synchronous or asynchronous planning. Most magnetic pumps use synchronous planning. The motor is connected to the external magnet using an external coupling, and the impeller is connected to the inner magnet.

There is a fully sealed isolation sleeve between the outer magnet & the inner magnet. It completely separates the inner magnet and the external magnet so that the inner magnet is in the medium, and the shaft of the motor directly drives the synchronous rolling of the impeller through the suction force of the magnetic pole between the magnets.

1. The magnetic pump should be a horizontal device, should not be erected, and the plastic pump body must not bear the weight of the pipeline; for special requirements of the vertical device the motor must be upward.

2. Before the pump stops working, the cleaning valve should be closed first, and then the suction pipe door should be closed.

3, Check the pump before use: The motor blade rotation should be sensitive.

5. After the motor starts, slowly open the drain valve. After the pump is in normal working condition, adjust the drain valve to the desired opening.

6. When the suction liquid surface is higher than the pump shaft, open the suction pipe valve before starting. If the suction level is lower than the pump shaft, the pipeline should be equipped with a bottom valve.

The high-temperature magnetic pump is composed of a pump shell, impeller, magnetic coupler, block sleeve, external magnetic cylinder, bracket, motor, base, and other components.

The pump casing: also known as the pump cavity, is the main body of the pump, plays a supporting and fixing role, & is an important part of storing liquid and completing transportation.

Impeller: The blades on the impeller play a role. Before assembly, the impeller should undergo a static equilibrium test. The inner and outer surfaces of the impeller need to be smooth to reduce frictional losses in water flow. When the motor drives the external magnetic cylinder to rotate, the magnetic field passes through the block & the high-temperature magnetic drive pump drives the internal magnetic rotor connected to the impeller to rotate synchronously and then completes the transportation.
