Once you've identified your top followers, make it clear that you appreciate their work by asking them how they're doing or commenting publicly on posts they've made on social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter or Instagram (if applicable). Make sure this happens regularly so it becomes part of your routine as a leader and make sure everyone knows about it.
