Since its introduction by Toyota in 2011, each year the Sienna Minivan has underwent upgrades. The third-generation Toyota Sienna Minivan is without exception. Here is a look at the fresh new changes to the 2015 Toyota Sienna Minivan.

The Exterior

From the front of the 2015 Sienna the changes are subtle but definitely noticeable. Improvements in the front headlight design include LED daytime running lights. The look of the Sienna from the front view was also changed by the addition of horizontal slats in the front grille instead of the hexagonal mesh look of the older grille. The front view of the Sienna is made more aggressive by adding lines to the front fascia, and lowering the inserts above the air intake. More pronounced fog light housings continue the aggressive makeover to the front view.

The side view of the Sienna is sleeked out with deeper creases to the bodyline. The added definition is a real eye catcher.

The rearview of the 2015 Toyota Sienna sports revised taillights. The taillights are darker and the clear portion of the taillights, now include a LED insert behind them. The rearview panoramic camera with virtual guidelines is standardly equipped on the 2015 Toyota Sienna as well.

The Interior

Most of the consideration for upgrades was given to the interior of the 2015 Sienna. Upgrades to the interior include:

  • An optional 4.2-inch, color display in the instrument panel. The display is diverse in its functions, clearly visible to the driver, and is able to relay turn-by-turn direction for the driver threw the display. The display has a customizable home screen that will display the driver’s favorite features. A seven-inch touch screen version of the display is available as an option as well.
  • Upgrades to the center gauges gives the gauges a cleaner look than in years past.
  • A Driver Easy Speak system, and conversation mirror has been added to the Sienna. The Easy Speak system comes complete with an integrated microphone and speaker system connected from the front cockpit to the rear passenger area. The system and conversation mirror allow the driver to communicate with the rear passengers without being distracted from driving.
  • Soft-touch material upgrade.
  • A Dual-View Blu-ray rear seat entertainment system.

Other standard equipment on the Sienna includes:

  • A 266-horsepower 3.5-liter V-6
  • Six speed automatic transmission with, 245 foot-pounds of torque
  • Standard front-wheel drive with optional all-wheel-drive
  • Improved steering and handling

The improvements to the 2015 Toyota Sienna add more comfort, added safety, a sleeker more aggressive appearance and improved handling. Add in Toyota’s reputation for quality and three is no doubt that the newly improved 2015 Toyota Sienna is definitely worth looking into.
