It is known that it is the apex court and its judgement regarding any case is regarded as final and absolute. Any petitioner who has lost a case in the Supreme Court cannot file his case anywhere in any other court and has to agree to the verdict willingly or unwillingly. However, he has the right to approach the apex court for the second time for a review petition against the earlier decision.
