2. Chickpeas (Fresh and canned)

A black bean salad is a satisfying way of incorporating this protein powerhouse into your diet.

4. Organic Amaranth Seeds

Amaranth seeds are what is known as an ancient grain. Native to the Himalayan region of India and Nepal; it is a high protein food, with a 100-gram serving containing nearly 13.56 grams of protein. Organic Amaranth Seeds also contain dietary fiber, are considered vegan and gluten-free, and can be used as a substitute for processed wheat, and high gluten products.

5. Quinoa

Quinoa is one of the oldest ever grains in the world. The ancient Incans of Meso-America called it the mother grain. Over the years, Quinoa has been hailed as a superfood. Gluten-free, vegan, and rich in antioxidants, proteins, and minerals, necessary for the smooth functioning of the body, quinoa is an amazing addition to your diet. A high protein food, Quinoa contains 8 grams of protein per 100-gram serving. Add it to salads, use it as a gluten-free substitute for grains like wheat and create wholesome recipes to add a bounce to your diet.
