The Gurgaon version of Trump Towers was unveiled with 258 apartments.

GURUGRAM: The skyscraper bearing the name of the American president is set to rise in the middle of Gurugram's already crowded skyline. On Wednesday, Gurugram welcomed the most impressive addition to the new but crowded world of premium housing projects: the fourth Trump Towers project in India, named after Donald Trump and licensed by his company Trump Organization.

But the Trump Organization is not a part of this venture between NCR-based real estate giant M3M and Mumbai's Tribeca Developers. The 60-acre site chosen for the Gurugram version of Trump Towers is on Golf Course Road Extension. The 258 units will have an average size of 3,500 square feet, and the price range will be from Rs 5 crore to Rs 10 crore. By the time the project is finished in March 2023, Trump will have faced a second election, should he choose to run.

As Donald Trump Jr., executive vice president of the Trump Organization, put it in a statement, " will quickly become the most prestigious address in the city, with its stunning architecture, beautiful interior options, and lavish amenity spaces."

India is home to three other Trump Tower developments, with the oldest being in Pune. The other two are located in Mumbai and Kolkata. The Gurugram edition will be second in size only to the as-yet-undefined Mumbai edition.

These contracts were signed before he was elected (in October 2017). After Donald J. Trump was elected president, the Trump Organization announced it would not be releasing any endeavors that take place outside of the United States.

The statement continued, "I am incredibly proud to see the overwhelming response that Trump Tower Kolkata has received during the soft launch and look forward to repeating this success with Trump Towers Delhi NCR." His Indian representative and founder of Tribeca Kalpesh Mehta said that 65% of the apartments launched in the Kolkata project were sold in 50 days. The developers also claim to have sold 20 apartments in the Gurugram project.

Mehta remarked, "This project won't be just home for a select few, it will be a landmark for the city," and M3M director Pankaj Bansal said, "The global appeal of the Trump brand along with the absolute best product offering will give the luxury residential market a much-needed boost."Bansal stated that the project would cost Rs 1,200 crore to build, with the towers rising on 11 acres and overlooking a 9-hole golf course. The total area of the project is 60 acres. Bansal stated that cheques totaling Rs 150 crore had been received for 20 apartments.

The developer claimed that each floor would be 3.75 meters high, which is larger than the 3.15 meters found in most premium developments, and that one-third of the apartments would feature living rooms that were 22 feet high, giving them a "penthouse" atmosphere.

Other amenities at Trump Towers include a spa and fitness center, a fine dining restaurant, a business center, and in-residence catering.
