Nissan X-Terra 2022: All New Terrain SUV Vehicle

Nissan has introduced a new frame SUV X-Terra for the Middle East. The seven-seat model, built based on the Navara pickup truck, received a different design from the Nissan Terra, with a modified interior and only one engine.

The Nissan X-Terra (the previous generation of the model is known as Terra) is made with a classic design for the Japanese brand. The front of the frame SUV received a traditional grille in the style of the Patrol model, a massive bumper with additional protection, as well as new LED head optics with C-shaped daytime running lights. There are seven body colors available for the SUV, including hot brown and burgundy.

The interior of the Nissan X-Terra has also undergone significant changes. New seats have appeared in the interior of the seven-seater SUV. The second and third rows of seats are deliberately positioned higher to provide a better view of the rear passengers. In addition, the SUV was equipped with a digital instrument panel, a nine-inch touch screen, and an 11-inch flip-down monitor for rear passengers.

Like the previously updated Navara, the new X-Terra received a three-spoke steering wheel and separate USB ports for the front and rear rows. New active safety features in the new X-Terra include Lane Departure Warning, Blind Spot Warning technology, and Intelligent Forward Collision Warning. However, all these options will be available in the top Platinum package. As a power plant for the new Nissan X-Terra, only one option is available.

The SUV is driven by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine with 165 hp. (241 Nm), which is paired with a 7-band "automatic". The dynamic characteristics of the novelty have not yet been disclosed, however, it is known that the SUV is available with permanent all-wheel drive with an electronic locking rear differential.
