Skippable & Unskippable YouTube Video Ads

YouTube Video Ads are available in many formats but the main types are skippable and unskippable. These are mobile-only and appear on websites playing videos from Google Partner sites. Charged on vCPM basis after viewed for longer than 2 seconds.
