Ingredients* Acai pulp, thawed* 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed* 2 Tbsp. of freshly-squeezed lime juice

1. In a bowl, whisk all the ingredients together. Place in a baking tray and freeze.2. Stir with a fork every half hour, scraping frozen bits from the sides, to keep them from freezing into a block.3. Scoop into bowls and serve immediately, or keep in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
