Working principle of sand making machine

The materials vertically fall into the high-speed rotating impeller from the upper part of the machine. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, the materials distributed around the impeller in the form of an umbrella with the other part produce high-speed impact and crushing. After the materials collide with each other, the materials will form eddy currents between the impeller and the casing for multiple times of mutual impact, friction and crushing. The materials will be discharged directly from the lower part, forming a closed circuit for multiple cycles, It is controlled by screening equipment to reach the required particle size of finished products.
