On the other hand, the average annual salary for ground staff in India varies between INR 2 Lakhs to INR 9 Lakhs.

Ground staff focus on facilitating the pre-flight and post-flight processes within the airport, while cabin crew ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers during the flight.
