v RANGE OF PRODUCTS :-

I. KEYLESS TRANSMISSION ELEMENTS: -

  • WORKING PRINCIPLE: - Keyless element works based on wedge friction theory. tightening clamping screw, clamp force generated. Due to taper geometry, clamp force is transmitted in radial direction to other member which induced contact pressure on hub and shaft.
  • The method is also very simple. By expansion of the outer ring & shrinkage of inner rings, frictional shaft & hub connections are established, which transmits highest torques free from backlash.

II. FREEWHEEL ONEWAY CLUTCH: -

  • WORKING PRINCIPLE: - Free wheel one-way clutch is mechanical device having special characteristics: In one direction of rotation there is no engagement between the inner and outer race; continues overrunning operation.
  • In the other direction of rotation there is contact between the inner race and outer race: able to transmit torque.
  • FREEWHEEL ONEWAY CLUTCH PRODUCTS: -

  • INDEXING :- Indexing function allows the conversion of reciprocating motion applied to the driving race of the clutch into unidirectional intermittent (rotational) motion of the driven race. Used for Packaging Machines and steel sheet in presses.

: - The Highest Overrunning speed is possible if Outer race Overruns, This ensures the best performance, reduce heat generation & wear which leads to increase freewheel life.

Overrunning function allows during drive of any race in any one direction of rotation, the other race drive faster than the same race, in the same direction of rotation OR keep continue to rotate, if the input drive is stopped.

  • BACKSTOPPING :- Backstopping function prevents reverse rotation when input drive is discontinued or power supply failure to input drive (otherwise would cause damage to the equipment / machinery).

III. TENSIONER NUT & BOLT: - in industries, different bolted joints / connections are to be used. These can be easily tightened and untightened as and when required. In medium& heavy industries /plants, different bolted joints / connections are used which require high clamp force. So, bolts /studs with bigger diameter are to be used. These bolts / studs require more efforts in tightening & untightening.

These systems do not allow easily to tightening bolts of large diameter, to the stress level required for maintaining safe operations. the required force -tension to maintain continue operational condition. However, when such connections, comes to untightening, such as in maintenance, often creates problems and they cannot be dismantled by the way they have been tightened with, and, the only solution is to torch cut, when corrosion distorted threads makes it impossible to unload the bolts.

  • WORKING PRINCIPLE :- Tensioner Nut & Bolt, total clamping force is divided into no. of clamping screw. By tightening the clamping screws, a strong clamp force is generated. This clamping force is directed against a thrust washer and bolt having small friction diameter so it will help to create high clamping force with relatively little torque input.

IV. Cam Follower :- Cam follower is a good selection for machinery applications where down time is critical and must be avoided or where cam followers are not easily accessible for re- lubrication or replacement. Cam Follower is a compact bearing with a high-rigid shaft and a built-in needle bearing. Most suitable, as a guide roller for cam mechanisms and linear motion of automated machines & dedicated machines.

  1. Cam followers having cylindrical rollers, provide substantial increases in fatigue life and limiting speed.
  2. They can tolerate higher thrust loads than needle roller Cam followers.
  3. Standard contacting lip seals offer protection against contaminants and positive grease retention.
  4. A large internal grease cavity assures maintenance-free service.
  5. Driver groove OR Hex socket in the stud head are a standard feature.

BENEFITS OF CAM FOLLOWERS: - Accommodate high radial loads:

  1. The thick - walled outer ring enables high radial loads, while reducing distortion and bending stresses.
  2. The flange rings enable cam followers to accommodate axial loads that can occur because of skew or tilting.
  3. The crowned outer ring running surface is beneficial for applications where outer ring tilting relative to the track may occur or where edge stresses need to be minimized.
  4. The threaded solid stud (pin) of cam followers can be quickly and easily attached to appropriate machine components by means of a hexagonal nut.
