The first question that comes to my mind when mentioning mattresses is: How to determine when and if you need a new mattress, and exactly how would I know if I need a new mattress?

The answer is not always an easy one, but by my personal experience I believe that the proper time to replace a mattress is when it is no longer providing adequate support of any critical areas of your body. Hence the physical signs of needing a replacement are less obvious and even after a decade of usage your mattress may look as good as the day you bought it, it is not the looks that count, on the contrary – the feel and the quality of the sleep comes in the first place. Most of the mattresses Sydney are designed to reduce the pressure on your back, shoulders, neck and hips while sleeping, so when this gets uncomfortable it is time to think New!

If you are still confused though, for better decision making whether your mattress should be replaced with a new one, read the following and check every situation you have found yourself in the last month:

  • You wake up like you haven’t slept even an hour and feeling various pain
  • Shoulders, back, neck or hip pain is what you feel often
  • Your mattress is uncomfortable, lumpy or sagging
  • You sleep on the same mattress more than 8-9 years
  • You toss and turn in your bed for hours before going to sleep

Well, if you have found yourself in at least three of the above, it is more than obvious that it is not your insomnia to blame for the quality of your sleep, but the bed you sleep on, or more precisely the mattress you sleep on that’s responsible for not getting quality rest at night.

If you have found yourself in similar situations as the above mentioned then it is time to make your research and purchase a new quality mattress Sydney.

The life of a mattress depends on its material and how well it was factory-made. Even if your current mattress is under warranty, this doesn’t have to mean that you should continue using it- as the warranty does not necessarily promise that your mattress will continue to provide adequate support for the full length of the warranty- time. The manufacturers guarantee means that the mattress company guarantee's against defects in quality.

Besides the warranty if your bed doesn’t provide you enough back, shoulders and neck support maybe you should change the current one and look for the proper type of mattress, that will suit your health sleep needs. Also other cases such as floods or damp conditions on your bed mattress can cause the develop of harmful mildew or mould.

These are the cases when you should buy a new Mattress Sydney and replace the old one as faster as you can.
