It is speculated that till 2070, all energy sources will get finished due to its negligent usage. Our future goal is to protect the environment and ozone layer from today’s various types of non-eco-friendly emission which are getting released from

  • Cars
  • Scooters
  • Buses
  • Trucks, etc. Our roadmap to achieve this difficult, yet possible target starts with looking for an alternative to harmful greenhouse and toxic gases which are not only deteriorating environmental conditions exponentially day-by-day. The world-class and highly experienced research and development team at Aorus has done this by rolling out our new cutting-edge patented flex fuel technology.

We noticed how most of cow dung cakes go to waste due to very limited application in modern times. But Indians were sitting in a gold mine as these cakes contain a high amount of ethane in them. During studies of finding an alternative power source, ethane came out to be on top of the list. We extracted ethane from these unusable cow dung cakes and by making a mixture of 50-83% liquid ethane and petrol, we innovated FLEX FUEL.

The Flex fuel is a new and unique method of creating energy for your vehicle in a short and efficient manner. It has few advantages over regular petrol such as:

  • Very less harmful emission ( nearly 80% less )
  • Reducing the cost by 70-75% ( As ethane is very cheap and easily available )
  • Greater fuel economy (kilometre per litre)
  • Reduced wear and tear of engine
  • Less maintenance required

It is calculated that it will be able bring down cost from ₹100 to ₹15-20 which will prove to be a huge relief for daily commuters. This technology has been in use in United States for a long time and there are currently 27 million Flexible Fuel Vehicles (FFV). Also this is not only limited to usage in motor vehicles but also has advantages such as:

  • Aviation : It’s refined form can be used in airplanes, benefitting airliners and flyers by reducing operation costs of commercial flights.
  • Economy : By using this fuel on a large scale in different situations, there will be a massive boost to our national economy, making it reach newer heights.
  • Innovations : By making this fuel readily available our researchers and scientists will be able to discover new machines and technologies which earlier seemed impossible due to incompatibility of petroleum oil. Sustainable and eco-friendly inventions in various sectors and fields will become easier.
  • It has the power to control the global warming which is increasing day by day at an alarming rate.

Furthermore, there was a company called Ecowheels Logistics who decided to turn some portion of their fleet of 50 vehicles into flex fuel vehicles and observed few helpful changes such as :

  • Customer satisfaction : Since the vehicles did not damage the atmosphere, buyers appreciated the company’s commitment towards reducing harmful emission.
  • Vehicle performance: They noticed a drastic change in fuel economy of vehicles as maintenance costs reduced and cars lasted longer than petrol powered cars
