  • Mark the security type as none for the port
  • Modify the outgoing server to twc.com
  • Modify the outgoing server port to 587
  • Mark the security type as None
  • Enter the Roadrunner email address
  • Enter the password
  • Click on the done and you are done with POP settings

Roadrunner IMAP settings

  • Open the Roadrunner email on your device
  • Enter the login credentials
  • Click on the manual setup option
  • Un-tick the automatic configuration
  • Choose the IMAP settings and make the following configurations
  • Mark the account type as IMAP
  • Modify the incoming server to twc.com
  • Modify the incoming mail server port to 143
  • Mark the security type as SSL/TLS and the security type as None
  • Modify the outgoing server to twc.com
  • Modify the outgoing port to 587
  • Modify the security type to none and mark the insecure port as none
  • Enter the email ID and password
  • Deselect the option of the secure server
  • Deselect the option of the verified certificate
  • After the authentication by the SMTP server, you will be taken to the next step
  • Enter the credentials again
  • Click Next
  • Enter the account name to be displayed and you are done.
