Bars and restaurants all around the world try providing the best hospitality to its consumers so that they come back again and again. Now a das loyalty for a particular restaurant or bar increases with more number of visits. This helps the owners a lot as in future the person serves as a reference to friends and family. What is disappointing is though there are a lot of consumers coming in and out there is always a problem with the alcohol inventory.

Alcohol is the prime source of income for many bars and restaurants. As alcohol has more chances of being spilled, wasted, dropped or given as free to many consumers there is always a concern with this liquid. In order to get rid of all the expensive wastage many f the owners have introduced the alcohol inventory control. The process can be a simple one by using containers to take the exact measurement or a technological help like using software’s to maintain inventory.

Now a day’s inventory control has been started in many of the restaurants, pubs and discotheque. These software’s help ascertain the exact amount of usage and wastage made from a particular bottle. All the bottles are attached to a computer where all readings are shown in the screen. Now as it is an electronic device controlling it thus there are also chances of manipulating normally by the workers. Many innovative ideas have come up over the years like liquor bottle rulers, methods like stickers on the bottles and labels and much software’s to find the solution.

Apart from all these formulas used lastly it has been found out that in order to make the most of the liquor a total check is required right from when they enter the restaurant or bar till the time they get over. This also helps in keeping the workers or bartenders in supervision to avoid any losses made by them. Bar inventory control is very common these days with the rise in demands for drinks and merry making all around the worlds. Bartenders now use the latest software’s which are connected to the bottles and barrels of beer to keep an absolute watch over it.

With the increase in purchasing power of people now a day’s all over the world a lot of people have taken to move to bars, pubs and restaurants to have the best time. This have also helped the bar owners but at the same time there is more risks like theft, chaos and losses due to non payment and free usage.
