Have you heard about the young lady, shot in the face by people that were out of contol? Have you done anything about it in your community? It might seem odd, in today’s very sophisticated and educated world, that there would need to be an organization focused specifically on the rights of a girl child, as compared to children overall. However, the challenges of trying to sponsor a girl in a society that would rather let the horrors of the street mete out justice are very difficult to overcome. In this article, we will look at three possible solutions to this difficult subject.

Let kids be kids.

I don’t know what your childhood was like; you might have lived in the lap of luxury, been given all you need without a single worry. Or, you could have been just ignored, and had to grab, root, and growl to get anything for yourself. But more than likely, your life, like mine, was a mixed bag. Sometimes up, sometimes down, we struggled on our own to accomplish, but never really missed out on the basics that life has to offer. Still, I don’t recall too much differentiation between classmates, whether white or black, male or female. We all kind of just got along with one another. Today, it seems, too much emphasis on the fear that some men have in the face of confident women leave me worried that we aren’t going to be able to recover, that the lunatics are running the asylum. I say just let’s all get along, be nice to one another, because none of us are getting out of here alive.

Face the Future

The reality is that we humans reproduce statistically more females than males, in just about every measurable demographic. With that being the case, we should all just come to realize that the ladies are here to stay, and in nearly every category match us point by point in terms of success in some measurable subject. Sure, men have, biochemically, a slight advantage in terms of strength and speed; but women have a slight advantage in mental processing and multitasking. Guys should just get over themselves and just deal with it.

Prepare the next generation

Parents, you have an obligation to care for the rights of your child, whether they be a boy or a girl. As a matter of fact, whether or not you are a parent, you have a human obligation to be kind, and where possible, you should consider the possibility to sponsor a child, either in your own homeland, or abroad, because somewhere there is a child that needs your guidance, your assistance. This social need is so great, I highly recommend every person that reads this should search their heart, and consider all the blessings life has given them. Reach out when you can, and help level the playing field everywhere. We have the power to do right, or fail to accomplish what we are meant to do. Which way do you work?
