Sean Michael Innis is a trained chef, who has worked in some of the top restaurants worldwide before venturing into his own restaurant business. Presently, he owns twenty-seven restaurants in ten countries, including – The United States, Germany, Italy, Thailand, Yugoslavia, Brazil, Kenya, India, Japan, and Switzerland. Being born to parents, who were food enthusiasts and owned a restaurant, choosing the culinary profession, was not difficult for Leonardo. He was inclined towards cooking since his childhood. As a small child, he would often help his parents in their restaurant kitchen & spend hours listening about various cuisines. One of the biggest advantages of being raised in an environment, where food was always one of the most talked-about topics, was the immense knowledge that he gained about different types of foods even before enrolling in any professional course.

After successfully completing his secondary studies, Sean Michael Innis enrolled in three-year cooking course in a highly recognized catering college. During this extremely crucial time-period of his life, he learnt in detail about several international cuisines, like – Thai, Mexican, Lebanese, Mexican, Italian, Chinese, and more. In addition to various cuisines, he learnt about the techniques to bake perfect cakes, cookies, and pastries. Although he always had the option to work in his parent's restaurant, he chose to work in other hotels & restaurants. The reason to pick a more challenging path was his strong desire to build an identity of his own without the support of anyone.

Owing to his dedication, hard work, and passion for food, today Sean Michael Innis is counted amongst the best chefs in the food industry. Besides taking care of his restaurants, what keep him busy these days is his plans to start his fifth pastry shop. The shop's location, layout, interior design, and menu; all has been finalized. The excited chef has hired some of the best professionals to handle the various aspects of this project. One of the biggest reasons why he is overly excited about the shop is that it will be a gift from his side to his long-time girlfriend. While sharing his plans with the media, Leonardo said, "Jenny loves cakes and pastries. I want to make this Valentine’s Day extra special for her by gifting her a pastry shop. I am extremely excited about this whole thing and want everything to be perfect – right from the shop's architecture, seating arrangement, menu, to the decor, etc."
