Process to Obtain an FSSAI State License
- Registration on FoSCoS Portal
- Visit the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) portal: FSSAI portal: https://foscos.fssai.gov.in/.
- Register yourself on the portal.
- Apply for License
- After registering, select "Apply for License/Registration" under the "License/Registration" tab.
- Choose your state and select "Manufacturing" under the "Kind of Business" category.
- Carefully choose the sub-category that best describes your manufacturing activity from the list provided.
- Fill out the application Form B completely and ensure all details are accurate.
- Upload Documents
- Upload the necessary documents as specified by the FSSAI for your particular food business category. Some common documents required include:

- List of directors/partners/proprietor with contact details and ID proofs

Time Required for Granting License
