B.Tech or Bachelor of Technology is an undergraduate four-year degree course. It provides information on engineering and technology. Eligibility Criteria

A student should have a three-year diploma or polytechnic in the relevant field.

A student should have a minimum of 50% of qualifying marks to enroll.

Some universities also require work experience of 2 to 3 years.

There are no entrance exams to enroll in this course except some universities conduct their own entrance exam.

Course Duration

In regular B.Tech the total duration is 4 years but the duration of this course is 3 to 3.5 years, therefore, it has 6 to 7 semesters of six months each. In this course, students directly get admission in 2nd year because they have learned all the basics that are taught in the first year during their three years of diploma.
