Through this scheme, the state government has set a target of preparing timber and medicinal trees on 2 lakh acres of private land within 5 years. Also, through this scheme, a 50% subsidy will be given to the farmers for planting plants on private land by the state government. By getting the benefit of which, the income and employment of the farmers will increase. Apart from this, farmers will be given a bonus of Rs 10,000 per acre for 3 years And the state government will also guarantee the sale of wood, bark, etc. of the trees of the farmers when the trees are ready. Objective of Mukhyamantri Vriksh Sampada Yojana

The state government has started Chief Minister Vriksh Sampada Yojana to increase the income of farmers and promote employment opportunities. The main objective of starting this scheme by the state government is to promote wood-based industries by encouraging tree plantation on private land in the state and to increase income and employment opportunities. Also, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has announced the implementation of Mukhyamantri Vriksh Sampada Yojana to promote the commercial use of trees in the state on the occasion of 17 December Gaurav Diwas.

Apart from this, through this scheme, the pressure on forests will be reduced, the income of farmers will increase, and employment opportunities will also increase. For which a budget of Rs 100 crore has been provided by the state government. Also, a bonus of Rs 10,000 per acre will be provided by the government for 3 years.
