Only the bottles have to be manually placed on the machine in an inverted position for cleaning and rinsing purposes with hot water or detergents, and this process is also customizable. Then these cleaned inverted bottles pass through a conveyor belt to get dried up by air. It is after the execution of all these processes that the refillable glass bottles pass through the LED chamber for further cleaning and sterilization.

The bottles are then screened or inspected manually in the next stage. Then these glass bottles are finally capped and screwed properly to avoid any spillages or leakages.
