1. Sturdier and more durable

Compared to other suppliers, we now offer 14 purlins at the bottom and 14 at the roof. A special steel plate presses the mainframe of the product, which has four columns of 160x160x2480mm, which is sturdy and durable. It also has strong earthquake and deformation resistance.

2. Drainage system that is complete

With the modified water drain system, each column is equipped with four drain pipes, and we designed a big drainage channel for the roof, so that even during a big rain, the house will be very water-resistant.

There are four water channels and downpipes in the modular container house's drainage system. In the event of a rainy day, the rainwater collected on the roof will flow down through the corner post downpipe to provide an orderly drainage system for better drainage and easier water collection when it rains.

3. Firm and stable

4. Soundproof and fireproof

The thickened Rockwool Wall Sandwich Panel is Class A fireproof, and the side panels are equipped with sound insulation and heat insulation fillers, which can be used for heat insulation, sound insulation, cold protection, and fire prevention.
