Karaak is resurrected by Shaitaan using Bhasm Agni. In return, he wants someone powerful like Bheem and friends to be trapped in the portal in his place so he can come out. Karaak does a dharti dahan ritual to sink Dholakpur into Pashaan Lok and thus force Bheem to come to him. Bheem and friends come to know Karaak is back and raising four pillars for his ritual and try to break the rituals. When that fails, Dhooni Baba uses a kalash and sets up a powerful kawach to protect Dholakpur. Karaak then sends his Senapati Pator in the form of a sadhu to infiltrate Dholakpur and break the kalash and thus the kawach. Bheem gets suspicious of the sadhu and stops him from breaking the kalash. But Karaak gives Senapati Pator more power, and he manages to break the kalash. The kawach around Dholakpur fades and the pillars bring down Dholakpur into Pashaan Lok. Bheem and friends escape with Dhooni Baba’s help. Bheem must now find the legendary itijhaad and find out how to destroy Bhasm Agni and stop Karaak.

Dholakpur has sunk into Pashaan Lok and all the villagers are in grave danger with Karaak. Dhooni Baba saves Bheem and friends from this fate. Bheem and friends head to Itijhaad to find out about Bhasm Agni and finally learn how Shaitaan created the Bhasm Agni from volcanic lava. Chutki gets the idea to purify the evil in bhasm agni and make it harmless lava again. Bheem and friends go to get the Shuddhi Mani which can potentially purify Bhasm Agni if it’s dipped in the source of the bhasm agni and leave it harmless. This way, Karaak will lose his powers and can be easily defeated. Bheem and friends overcome many challenges to enter Shuddhi Jahan. Saani helps Bheem and friends understand the pillars around Dholakpur and how to bring them down. The kids now make the perilous journey into Pashaan Lok to defeat Karaak and bring their beloved village and villagers back in place.
