Availability of basic amenities like parking space, open space and parks is another aspect that has impacted this shift. These are easily available in residential areas of Noida and Gurgaon.

Cheap prices of properties

In case, you are in need of a comfortable living facility then the one-acre farmhouses are a better option. These farmhouses have posed as a competitor against posh flats. More buyers are now opting for farmhouses. The development authority for constructing these farmhouses has demarcated different areas. Irrespective of the boot in price of properties in Gurgaon, these are still cheap in comparison to that of South Delhi.
